Position You’re Interested In

What caught your eye about Basil & Bourbon, and why do you think you’d thrive on our team?

What is your personal weather report today, and how does it affect the people around you?

Your "Superpower" . . . When a shift gets upside down or you feel yourself getting into the weeds, what do you do to reset yourself — to clear your head — and regain control of your station or section?

The "Drive You Crazy" Question . . . What’s a common bad habit in restaurants or workplaces that drives you crazy? (Be honest — we value high standards!)

The "Post-Rush" Feeling . . . It’s 9:00 PM, the rush is over, and your station or section is finally wiped down. What’s your immediate next move before you even think about clocking out?

The "Behind the Scenes" Question . . . If you could spend three days behind the scenes anywhere in the world learning how a person or business creates an incredible experience or masters their craft, where would you go and what would you want to learn?

Walk us through your work experience — restaurant, hospitality, or anything customer-facing

Are you able to work weekends?
